Additionally, she coordinates and instructs both the Seminar for Partners (3 hour) and the Indiana Long Term Care Partnership (7 hour) continuing education courses offered by John Hancock.

Kristin G. Fruehwald is a partner in Barnes & Thornburg LLP, resident in the Indianapolis, Indiana office. She is co-chair of the firm's Estate Planning Practice Group. Mrs. Fruehwald concentrates her practice on the wide range of legal services affecting estate planning and estate administration. She regularly represents clients in tax planning; business succession planning; charitable giving; guardianships and adoptions; and estate, trust, and tax litigation

"Charitable Gift Planning with Community Foundations"
JAN EDMONDSON, CFRM, Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF), is senior gift planning advisor for CICF.  For over 14 years she has worked with professional advisors, individuals, families, charitable organizations and businesses to help them accomplish their philanthropic goals.  She also provides charitable gift planning assistance to professional advisors and their clients through estate planning.  Ms. Edmondson is Past-President of Planned Giving Group of Indiana, a member of Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis, National Committee on Planned Giving, American Council on Gift Annuities, and Council on Foundations' Advancement Network.  She earned her CFRM from Indiana University.  Jan also serves on various charitable committees and is a graduate of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy.
 
MARY STANLEY, J. D., CAP
, Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF), is senior gift planning advisor for CICF.  In her role, Mary works with individuals, families, businesses, private foundations and charitable organizations, together with their professional advisors, to develop, implement and achieve the charitable goals of all concerned.  She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of University of Arizona and graduated from Indiana University School of Law- Indianapolis, magna cum laude.  Prior to joining CICF, Mary was a partner at Baker & Daniels LLP, where she practiced law from 1982 to 1998.  Ms. Stanley is a member of the Estate Planning & Administration Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Probate, Trust & Real Property Section of the Indiana State Bar Association, National Committee on Planned Giving, Planned Giving Group of Indiana, and the Council on Foundations Advancement Network.  Most recently, Mary earned the designation Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) from The American College.  Mary is an active community volunteer.

"What will Drive a Strong Recovery or a Non-Recovery?""
Kyle Anderson is a visiting assistant professor of business economics at the Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis.  His research focuses on pricing, auctions, and online markets, and has published several articles in academic journals.  His research has been featured in the New York Times, and other national media.  He has an MBA and Ph.D. from the Kelley School of Business in Bloomington.  In addition to his academic work, he has 7 years experience in the health care industry and the heavy trucking industry.
